Lucy has a mastery of field operations in the Government, private sectors and the UN and has wealth of experience gained  through working in different parts of the world and thus always able to provide the required support to improve resource allocation, risk management and financial management processes. Lucy is a remarkably gifted and knowledgeable Internal Auditor with huge background in carrying out an independent appraisal of the effectiveness of the policies, procedures and standards by which organization’s financial, physical and information resources are managed; acting as a facilitator in business risk management and carrying out value for money reviews, thereby assisting the management and the trustees of the organization in the effective discharge of their responsibilities.

Lucy has a Master’s in Business administration From Moravian college,  Bethlehem, PA, Bachelor’s in Business Administration with specialization in Finance from Kenya Methodist university, and Currently pursuing  PhD in Management at Grand Canyon  university Phoenix AZ and has cleared all her course work (ABD) she is  working on her desertation “Whether and How National-Context Does, and Does Not Shape How Individuals Experience Their Work and Non-Work Lives”
